Terms and Conditions

Website Terms

Terms of access

These terms govern access to picozu.com. Visiting or using the site shows that you accept them. “The operator” is the party responsible for Picozu, and enforceability depends on applicable law.

Tutorials and reviews are offered as general guidance on creative work and software. Results vary by version, hardware and settings. Work on copies of your files, keep backups and confirm licence terms for any software, fonts or images you use. Nothing here is legal advice on copyright or licensing.

Intellectual property and submissions

We own, or are licensed to use, the original articles, screenshots and layout of Picozu. Personal use and sharing links are welcome. Reuse for profit or wholesale republishing requires written permission, apart from lawful exceptions. Software names and logos belong to their owners.

Visitors must not break the law through the site, harass others, upload harmful files, attempt to gain unauthorised access, overload servers with automated tools or circumvent restrictions. We may block access if these rules are broken.

Send only material you have the right to provide. By contacting us you allow us to review it and reply. Ideas and corrections may inform our articles, but we will not publish personal correspondence without separate consent.

Sponsored content and third parties

We may earn money from advertising, sponsorships and affiliate programmes. Where that applies to a recommendation, we will say so. Appearing on Picozu does not mean that a product or service is guaranteed to suit you.

We link to outside services for convenience. They have independent policies, security and availability. Any dealings, including payments and support, are between you and them, and linking does not create a partnership.

Legal limits and amendments

Use of the site is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be continuous or free of errors, and our liability for indirect loss is limited as far as lawful. Nothing removes rights that the law makes non-waivable.

If these terms are not followed, we may stop providing the site to you. Clauses covering rights in content, disclaimers and liability limits continue to apply afterwards.

Features and terms can change over time. We will post updates here, plus any legally required notice, and they will not remove accrued rights. If a part is held invalid, the remaining parts continue to apply. If anything here is unclear, contact us at [email protected].
